Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
     (allow 1-2 steaks per wrap)
10-inch tortilla wrap, any style
Fresh basil
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh tomato, sliced
Leaf lettuce
Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Spread center of tortilla with mayo (optional). Layer lettuce, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and cooked steak. Roll and cut.

Steak-umm® Spinach Dip

6-7 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook steaks as directed on package; shred into pieces. Drain. Place all ingredients in a small slow cooker and cook on high until cheeses are melted. Mix. Serve with any type of bread, crackers or pita chips.

 

Steak-umm® Stromboli

Pizza dough
4-5 slices American cheese
Cook steaks as directed on package; set aside. Roll out pizza dough into rectangular shape. Cover the top with cooked steaks, leaving about a quarter-inch border all around. Add a layer of American cheese. Roll the dough into a log and tuck the ends. Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 30 minutes until brown. Remove the baked log onto a cutting board and cut into slices.

Optional: Before rolling, you can add fried peppers and onions. Substitute the American cheese with provolone or mozzarella cheese.

Tip: Brush the log with egg white for a brown finish.

Steak-umm® Asian Wrap
4 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
1 medium peeled carrot
1 small zucchini
1/2 small red pepper
1/2 small onion
1 tsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. teriyaki marinade
2 leaves romaine lettuce
Sandwich wrap
Cut the carrot and zucchini into julienne strips; slice the pepper and onion. In nonstick pan, cook steaks as directed on package, chopping steak with utensil as you cook; set aside. Add canola oil and stir fry carrots, zucchini, peppers and onions over medium-high heat until slightly tender. Add the precooked steaks and marinade; heat through. To serve, top sandwich wrap with lettuce and steak mixture; roll up.
