Barbecue Beef Burgers

Ingredients:

Steak-umm Burgers Original Flavor
4 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp hot pepper jelly
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup julienned Vidalia onion
1/2 lb. sliced smoked provolone cheese
1 loaf crusty French bread, unsliced
Instructions:
Grill Burgers to desired
doneness. In a skillet, crumble Steaks and cook through, drain
grease. Add ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, jelly, sugar, salt,
pepper and onions. Cook, stirring often, until onions are tender.
Top burgers with provolone and melt. Cut bread into four even chunks,
about 4-5 inches long, and split each horizontally. On each bottom
section of bread, place one Burger. Top with barbecued Steaks and
cover with top section of bread. Even quicker and easier with your
favorite bottled barbecue sauce - just add the Steaks and onions.
