Steak-umm-Style
Yoshinoya Beef Bowls

Ingredients:

• 1 7-ct box Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 1 medium onion
• 1 cup cooked rice
• minced garlic (jarred or fresh)
• soy sauce

Instructions:

Cut Steak-umm Sliced Steaks into strips and fry. Set aside.
Slice onion into strips and fry in the Steak-umm juices until slightly
transparent. Add about a teaspoon of minced garlic (adjust amount to suit taste) to the onion. Return Steak-umm strips to the frying pan with onion and garlic. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Spoon over cooked rice and add soy sauce (to taste). Enjoy!
