White Philly Cheese Dip

White Philly Cheese Dip

  • 9 oz. Steak-umm sliced steaks
  • ½  red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • ½  green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • ½ white onion, cut into strips
  • 12 oz. white cheese dip
  • Baguette rounds, toasted
  1. Cook Steak-umm sliced steaks according to directions on the box. Cut into ribbons. Set aside.
  2. On medium high heat sauté the bell peppers and onion in the same skillet as the steaks. Cook until soft and caramelized. Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan warm the cheese dip. Add the steak ribbons and the sautéed peppers/onions. Cook for a couple more minutes.
  4. Serve the warm philly dip with toasted baguette rounds.
