Cheesy Steak-umm® Steakadilla
- 9 oz. Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into long strips
- 1/2 red onion, cut into long strips
- 2 Flour tortillas, standard size
- Shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, Colby, or Mexican blend)
- Meat: Cut frozen steaks into one-inch strips & cook as directed on package. Set aside.
- Make: Assemble the quesadilla in the skillet. Layer tortilla, steaks, lots of cheese & top with another tortilla. Heat until melty.
- Serve: Slice steakadilla into wedges & dip into sour cream or salsa, or both.
