
Beefy Avocado Toast
- Steak-umm® Sliced Angus Steaks
- Sourdough
- Eggs
- Avocado
- Sliced red onion
- Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Meat: Cook Angus Steak-umm according to directions on box.
- Make: In the same pan, toss in one egg and cook sunny side up. Add some sliced red onions and lightly sauté. While those are cooking, toast a slice of sourdough to desired crispiness. Spread avocado mash on the toast, top with onions, then Steak-umm, then the egg. Salt and pepper to taste, plus a few squeezes of lemon juice.
