Beefy Avocado Toast

  • Steak-umm® Sliced Angus Steaks
  • Sourdough
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Sliced red onion
  • Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Meat: Cook Angus Steak-umm according to directions on box.
  2. Make: In the same pan, toss in one egg and cook sunny side up. Add some sliced red onions and lightly sauté. While those are cooking, toast a slice of sourdough to desired crispiness. Spread avocado mash on the toast, top with onions, then Steak-umm, then the egg. Salt and pepper to taste, plus a few squeezes of lemon juice.
  3. Serve: Enjoy with a cup of coffee or your favorite brunch beverage!
