Cuban Breakfast Hash

  • 9 oz. box Steak-umm® Cuban Style Seasoned Sliced Steaks
  • 3 cups chopped potatoes (preferably Yukon Gold)
  • ½ cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1-½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  •  Creamy Jalapeno Lime Sauce:
    • 1 cup cilantro
    • ⅔ cup sour cream
    • 1 jalapeno, de-seeded
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Cook Steak-umm Sweet & Zesty Cuban steaks according to directions on the box. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook potatoes in a single layer for 10 minutes. 
  3. While the potatoes cook, process all the ingredients for the creamy jalapeno lime sauce in a food processor. Set aside.
  4. Once the potatoes have softened, add the onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return the steaks to the skillet. Add in the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the hash. Drizzle on the creamy jalapeno lime sauce.
