Cuban Breakfast Hash
- 9 oz. box Steak-umm® Cuban Style Seasoned Sliced Steaks
- 3 cups chopped potatoes (preferably Yukon Gold)
- ½ cup chopped yellow onion
- 1-½ cups chopped fresh spinach
- Creamy Jalapeno Lime Sauce:
- 1 cup cilantro
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno, de-seeded
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Cook Steak-umm Sweet & Zesty Cuban steaks according to directions on the box. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook potatoes in a single layer for 10 minutes.
- While the potatoes cook, process all the ingredients for the creamy jalapeno lime sauce in a food processor. Set aside.
- Once the potatoes have softened, add the onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Return the steaks to the skillet. Add in the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and serve the hash. Drizzle on the creamy jalapeno lime sauce.
