Cuban Cheesesteak
- 9 oz. box Steak-umm® Cuban Style Seasoned Sliced Steaks
- ½ white onion, sliced
- 1 hoagie roll, split
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 5 slices ham
- 2 dill pickle spears
- Cook Steak-umm Sweet & Zesty Cuban steaks according to directions on the box. Cut into strips and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook onions until soft and golden. Combine with steaks.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on hoagie roll. Layer Swiss cheese slices, ham, steak & onion mixture, and pickle spears. Enjoy!
