Enchiladas
- 9 oz. Steak-umm sliced steaks
- 3 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- Pico de gallo
- Sour cream
- Chives
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Cook Steak-umm sliced steaks according to directions on the box. Cut into ribbons. Set aside.
- Take each tortilla and fill with steak ribbons, ⅓ cup shredded cheese, and a drizzle of enchilada sauce. Place in a baking dish. Top all 3 tortillas with the remaining cheese and enchilada sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, sour cream, and chives.
