Enchiladas

Enchiladas

  • 9 oz. Steak-umm sliced steaks
  • 3 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
  • Pico de gallo
  • Sour cream
  • Chives
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Cook Steak-umm sliced steaks according to directions on the box. Cut into ribbons. Set aside.
  3. Take each tortilla and fill with steak ribbons, ⅓ cup shredded cheese, and a drizzle of enchilada sauce. Place in a baking dish. Top all 3 tortillas with the remaining cheese and enchilada sauce.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, sour cream, and chives.
