Cook steaks as directed on package; set aside. Roll out pizza dough into rectangular shape. Cover the top with cooked steaks, leaving about a quarter-inch border all around. Add a layer of American cheese.
Roll the dough into a log and tuck the ends. Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 30 minutes until brown. Remove the baked log onto a cutting board and cut into slices.
Optional: Before rolling, you can add fried peppers and onions. Substitute the American cheese with provolone or mozzarella cheese.
Tip: Brush the log with egg white for a brown finish.
