Steak-umm & Egg Bagel
- Steak-umm® Sliced Angus Steaks
- Bagels
- Eggs
- Cheddar cheese
- Chopped white onion
- Meat: Cook frozen steaks according to instructions on box. Then, sauté some chopped white onions in the same pan.
- Make: Toast bagel of choice to desired level (in between brown and golden). At the same time, cook up a thin omelet with cheddar cheese and fold on itself until it’s a square. Butter the toasted bagel on both sides, pile on the Steak-umm and sautéed onions, place your egg on top, and close up the bagel
- Serve: Wrap the bagel up in some foil to keep it warm & enjoy.
