White Philly Cheese Dip
- 9 oz. Steak-umm sliced steaks
- ½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ green bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ white onion, cut into strips
- 12 oz. white cheese dip
- Baguette rounds, toasted
- Cook Steak-umm sliced steaks according to directions on the box. Cut into ribbons. Set aside.
- On medium high heat sauté the bell peppers and onion in the same skillet as the steaks. Cook until soft and caramelized. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan warm the cheese dip. Add the steak ribbons and the sautéed peppers/onions. Cook for a couple more minutes.
- Serve the warm philly dip with toasted baguette rounds.
